Refund & Returns Policy

Because all Winning Thru Faith products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us at winningthrufaith777@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
